As someone who was looking to move out of the country for the first time I wanted speak with someone who had done it before in a country I was looking to move to. He responded very promptly and we had quite a few phone calls where I would ask questions. He also got me in contact with an agency that I am working with. They too have been very kind and helpful and I have enjoyed working with them. Overall he helped alleviate a lot of concerns and stress and was quite frank when giving answers to question; which I very much prefer. ### ★★★★★ I had a wonderful experience working… - Nosipho · 2025-10-17 I had a wonderful experience working with China by teaching. He know the teaching context inside out, can help with integrating in the country and getting documents sorted. He has lived up to his word and more. A constant source of support, I never felt isolated with David a phone call or a message away. He is the consummate professional but at the same time he is very approachable and sympathetic towards the plight of emigrating teachers. David is the only person you should turn to if you are considering making the move. Whether it is documents, interviews, travel or an integration issue, David has the solution. David showed me my worth and probably saved me from spending a couple of years in a different country, living a far less enjoyable and rewarding life as I am now. 5 Star service and a 5 Star guy! ### ★★★★★ I had an issue getting my documents… - Andrew Rodriguez · 2024-03-29 I had an issue getting my documents ready for the Visa processing with my employer. Dispite it being late in the year for recruitment, they sorted me out with an interview quickly. They provided advice and support along the way, and made sure I was in touch with the correct people at the school throughout. All good, would recommend. ### ★★★★★ Move from ireland to Beijing with family - Siobhan · 2023-06-07 David has been amazing to deal with , from the beginning to beyond signing our contracts , he has a mountain of knowledge and albeit sometimes too much to retain he was always on hand to answer as many follow up questions as needed . His knowledge of the area and the paperwork needed along with the area and suitability for adults and families was amazing , he turned a terrifying step into an exciting one for both myself and my family .I highly recommend working with David . ### ★☆☆☆☆ If You Want to Feel Like a Pain in The Rear, Apply Here! - lekena ackerman · 2023-05-27 · 已验证 This is my first time trying to branch outside of my state and country. After reading the reviews about this company, I thought that I would be in good hands. Instead, when I spoke with the recruiter, it has been multiple times that I felt as though I am not good enough to teach anywhere when I know that is not the case. I feel like because many people test the waters when it comes to international teaching, the recruiter should be honest, but not nasty. Trying to break people's spirits is not the answer. The last comments this morning were downright rude. And this is after me waiting a while for a response and feedback. If my business was not wanted, this should have been brought upfront. > 商家回复 (2023-06-07): Hi Lenkena, I am sorry you felt that our service fell short of your standards. We try to be as honest and transparent as possible when it comes to the recruitment process and what is expected of candidates. At no point did we believe you were not good enough to teach internationally. However we believed your CV did you not reflect your experience and this was the feedback provided. Our last conversation was positive and cordial so we were surprised to see such negative feedback. Nonetheless, we wish all the very best. ### ★★★★★ Professional, reliable and knowledgeable - HD Beijing · 2023-05-25 Professional, reliable and knowledgeable. David knows the kinds of teachers who would be a good fit for our school and has assisted us in recruiting several teachers over the years. I would highly recommend him as a school looking for teachers, or a teacher looking for schools. ### ★★★★★ David O Connor is dependable - FRANK · 2023-05-24 David O Connor was fast, knowledgeable and can connect you with the best schools in Beijing. Even housing this guy has all the connections and knows the price market well. I have already recommended him to friends and colleagues. ### ★★★★★ Recruitment Experience - YCIS Beijing · 2023-05-24 David Malone from ChinaByTeaching, provides an unparalleled recruitment experience. His superior communication skills, coupled with his swift responses, have made our collaboration seamless and efficient. The teachers we've recruited through his services have consistently performed well, demonstrating remarkable skill and dedication in their roles. At YCIS Beijing, we highly recommend China By Teaching for anyone seeking to recruit top-tier education professionals in China. ### ★★★★★ When it comes to my experience with… Exceptional Recruiter Service and Impressive Results! - Alex McCarl · 2023-05-24 When it comes to my experience with David from China By Teaching, I can't help but sing his praises. Right from the start, I was thoroughly impressed by his no-nonsense, straightforward approach. He didn't waste any time in helping me navigate the school selection process and strategize my career as a teacher. I must say, his knowledge and expertise were truly on point! One thing I liked about David was his responsiveness. He was lightning-fast in setting up interviews and presenting me with opportunities that blew away the offers I received from other recruiters. The schools he found for me came with competitive salaries that exceeded my expectations. Throughout the entire process, David maintained a cool and professional vibe while still being friendly and easy to talk to. It made the whole experience fun and easy, and I genuinely enjoyed working with him. Plus, he pulled off some solid negotiations and secured a contract that exceeded my expectations and was better salary and benefits than the other two recruiters I was working with. I can't thank him enough for that! If you're a teacher on the hunt for a recruitment service, let me tell you, China By Teaching is the real deal. As someone who's been in the ESL teaching game for a solid decade, I've dealt with my fair share of recruiters. Trust me when I say that David's level of effort and support is a rare gem in this industry. Don't hesitate—give them a shot. You won't be disappointed. Highly recommended. ### ★★★★★ Excellent support throughout the… - CMurphy · 2023-04-21 Excellent support throughout the process.
