When I reached out to customer service via email, they told me to contact the local post office because they show it was delivered. No traceable tracking number was provided, and the post office said they get this all of the time. This is not a legit company and should be out of business. They filled out the information including the recipient (me) correctly and provided the information to the China Post store clerk. Some reason, China Post has an outdated system where they manually type everything in from the form to the machine and did not provide my relatives a chance to check the information. When the parcel came to me, it was under a completely different and random persons name but with my address. Of course any sane person would not take it as the information provided was incorrect. The parcel has been returned to the sender address and we have tried to lodge customer support with the China Post team. They have not provided any support so far and left our issue stale.
