Regarding the return, we provided you with an RMA code and the return address. To offer convenience—recognizing that you might prefer not to return the item or might find the process troublesome—we also provided an option for a partial refund without requiring a return.

Regarding the "tin can" sound quality you described: experienced users know this is caused by sound becoming trapped in the ear canal—an issue stemming from the fit between the hearing aid and the ear canal, rather than a defect in the hearing aid itself.
We sent you emails with suggestions on how to resolve this, including advice on proper wearing and dome selection, but we did not receive a response from you.
We received your request for the partial refund (without return) option, but we did not anticipate that you would also leave a negative review. This appears to be a significant misunderstanding.

If you truly do not wish to use our product or are dissatisfied with the solutions we offered, please proceed with the return for a refund. We will issue the refund once we receive the returned item.
