Chumba Casino

Every win is always exciting, and I'll be cheering you on for that big hit! Wishing you plenty more fun spins, Carolyn Lane! 🍀 - Amelia

I appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts, especially after being with us for years, Amber Adams. I understand wanting more exciting promotions, and will make sure your feedback reaches the team. 😊 Our games are powered by RNG technology, so promotions do not impact wins or game outcomes. We're always listening and would love to know what kinds of weekly promotions you'd like to see brought back. - Amelia

Hello, Jeb. We are thrilled to hear that you are having a fantastic overall experience. Thank you for the glowing review, and we hope your next plays bring you lots of fun! ~ Riley

Hello, Shanel! We're glad you are loving the games and promotions, and it's even better knowing that it has been so easy and flawless for you to use. Thank you for taking the time to share such great feedback. Wishing you the absolute best! ~ Riley

Hi there, Knockout Pro. I completely understand why you would feel frustrated when an event reward isn't quite what you anticipated. To clarify, our promotion sometimes include exclusive discounted packages. Also, as detailed in the promotional email sent out, the Terms and Conditions of all our events and offers are always subject to change. I know seeing an optional purchase offer instead of a free reward was disappointing, but offering optional discounted packages is something we do regularly for our events. Having this offer alongside your existing discount means you have more choices available, and you are always free to pick whichever package works best for you. Regarding your experience on the games, I want to reassure you that our platform operates entirely on a Random Number Generator (RNG). The results of every spin are completely random. We want Chumba Casino to be a fun, entertaining space, so if a session ever stops feeling like a blast, we highly encourage taking a breather. ~ Riley

We hear you completely, SiouxShoni. The unpredictable nature of the games is exactly what makes the winning days feel so great, even if the off-days can be a bit frustrating. Thank you for keeping it real and taking the ups and downs in stride. Have fun on your next spins! ~ Zach

Hi Kim. We are truly sorry to hear that your experience has changed for the worse. We know how frustrating it can be when you aren't seeing the wins you used to, or when redemptions feel like they are taking longer. While the games do rely on random outcomes, we always want the overall experience to feel fair and enjoyable. Your feedback regarding redemption times and the play experience is incredibly valuable, and we'll be sharing this with our internal teams as we work to improve. ~ Brice

Hi Casandra, Thank you for the awesome shout-out! Hearing that you are loving your time on the platform is exactly what keeps our team motivated. Sending heaps of positive vibes your way! 🍀 ~ Blair
