Communication became more and more difficult, at the end we got no answers to our questions , no official documents and feedback about shipping… Our studio opening had to be 3 months ago, but without the equipments we couldn’t even open it, lost so much money and time because of it. Now, We try to get our money back with the help of international lawyers and our bank, but now I want to warn everyone, don’t order anything from this company!!! The stated delivery time was 4–6 weeks, and I received a 20% discount. Communication was good at first, then nothing for 8 weeks. After I followed up, I was told the item was in transit. Later, after 10 weeks, I was informed that it is stuck in German customs with no clear delivery timeline. As an alternative, I was offered to buy another reformer (different model, but in stock in Germany) at a discount, deliverable immediately, and recommended to resell it later when the original reformer would arrive. This felt highly unprofessional and questionable. Was promised we would have them multiple times. Demanded tracking and they sent me a BOL. I contacted the shipping company and they ensured me this was fake and a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM CIGAPILATES!
