Effective training with immediate applications
This was my first media training and it was a great learning experience. The lecture was informative and on how to prepare for an interview and how to effectively convey the message. The 1:1 portion provided detailed feedback and advice that I can apply immediately. Ken is a great trainer and in a short amount of time he provided a toolkit and strategies that I can use immediately.

Karen is an excellent media coach
Karen is an excellent media coach - her training is full of practical tips to excel in your first media outing. How to control a conversation, clarifying speech by eliminating fillers and slowing down. Karen personally had a great voice, tone and manner, it was just lovely to be in her presence.

Melissa was a phenomenal guide. She made me feel comfortable and supported right from the start. She was genuinely enthusiastic about the book which made me feel like she was cheering for my success and not just "doing her job". Her guidance was phenomenal. She offered lots of tips that I could implement immediately. It not only prepared me for my on screen media interview, it's been incredibly helpful in improving my podcast interviews as well.

Clarity Media with Karen Koh as lead presenter conducted the "Strategic Overview of Polished Communication Fundamentals for Presentations & On-Stage Events" to 90 Meta APAC Women@ attendees last January 13. Exposure to a real-world experience
The media training really facilitated my understanding on how I can represent the organisation effectively, should the need arise. I highly recommend the best-in-class Bill McGowan
I highly recommend Bill McGowan and Clarity Media Group to any authors, executives, or leaders of any kind who need help simplifying, clarifying and amplifying their core ideas and messages. After I finished writing Never Search Alone: The Job Search Playbook – a process that took 10 years and work with thousands of senior executives, I met with Bill to refine my narrative and come up with concise memorable ways to frame the message of the book. He did that and it's had a big impact in getting out the message of this fundamentally new way to look for a job – it's also played a key role in helping me build a volunteer-driven community of support for all job seekers around the world. Bill's insights were so helpful that I now recommend non-fiction authors hire Clarity Media Group *early* on in their writing journey. I plan to do that for my next book. Final note: there's no good word or phrase to describe what Bill does so well. Media training is not even close. It definitely includes media training, but it's more strategic and impactful than that. Content strategist might be better, but that's an abstract phrase that also doesn't capture the strategic and transformative nature of the work. Bill is a best-in-class simplifier and amplifier. And *every* author/executive/leader needs that kind of help.
