### ★☆☆☆☆ Overdue delivery with poor customer care

I bought 2 pairs of shoes from Clark's Outlet on 23/08/2026, the expected delivery date was supposed to be 28/08/2026, but the delivery never arrived. I thought the delay could have been caused by the Bank Holiday, so I patiently waited for the delivery. On 01/09/2026, I received an email from Clark's saying that sorry I missed you & an email from Evri saying that the driver cannot deliver the parcels today. My son was at home whole day waiting for the delivery and was sure that there was no delivery that day. . Following receipt of the email, I immediately provided instructions for the parcel to be left in a safe location, specifically at the back door, if nobody was available to receive it.
•	2 September 2026: I received another email from Evri stating that the driver was having difficulty finding my property and therefore could not deliver the parcel. That same evening, I went onto the Evri website and provided clear and detailed instructions on how to locate my property.
•	3 September 2026, approximately 11:30 am: I received yet another email from Evri asking me to contact them because the driver was again experiencing difficulty finding my property, despite the clear instructions I had already provided.
I subsequently contacted Evri Customer Services by telephone. However, instead of being able to speak to a member of your customer service team, I was directed to an automated message stating that your team was aware that I was chasing the delivery and that someone would contact me.
I also contacted customer service by email, again providing clear directions to my property. In addition, I used the Evri chat service to provide the what3words location for my property, specifically to make it as easy as possible for the driver to locate the address.
At approximately 12:30 pm on 3 September, I received a response asking me to allow more time for the matter to be investigated. However, as of 6:00 pm on 3 September 2026, I have still received no further update and no delivery.
What is particularly disappointing is that I specifically requested to be contacted by telephone, yet nobody has contacted me by phone. 
I find this level of service extremely frustrating and unacceptable. The parcel is already six days beyond the original expected delivery date, and I have had to repeatedly contact Evri and provide information that should have enabled the delivery to be completed. Until now, I am still not sure when I will receive the delivery.

I would have put a zero star, but no option for that. 

I didn't realize until I ordered that it was coming from Hong Kong. Big red flag, but too late to cancel. 

Got the shoes. They are not clarks and are the most uncomfortable sandals ever. I'm only out $30 and certainly not worth returning after reading through the return process (it's complicated on purpose). 

Buyer beware. They are not Clarks shoes.
