I used one of their VDS - where I had 10 sites running, and then the billing info was added properly. This month (as of writing this) when i got the invoice i tried to pay, but there are no payment gateway configured on their side, so i contacted customer support about billing and there were no responses. No communication at all. Then on the first invoice date, they did not process the payment and immediately closed the service. So i was unable to use or backup any of the sites. I only had offsite backups. Which i went through painful way to restore one by one in a different VPS. If you look through my reviews, i dont actually review anything bad unless proven to be bad. This one takes the cake. Stay away if you really want some peace of mind. They keep on sending invoice reminders where it is impossible pay anything as there are no payment gateway. Imagine this. Actually this company initiated shutdown without communication to the end user properly. I purchased their Hong Kong VPS, but the network was completely broken (over 400ms latency, routing through the US instead of a direct Asian route). According to their policy, I requested a cancellation and full refund by submitting a ticket (#GCU-414682) on May 18th. It has been 6 full days, and there has been ZERO human response. They only use automated bots to send fake receipts, but they completely ignore the actual tickets. They are intentionally delaying responses to trick customers past the refund window. This is a total scam. If you buy from them, you are throwing your money away because if anything goes wrong, no one will ever reply to you. I have already filed a formal chargeback dispute with my payment provider to force my money back. The ClawCloud Run Discord and official help center community are not maintained or responded to, and there are a bunch of bugs that are not being addressed. This is the kind of product service we are dealing with. Even after purchasing the paid version, they do not respond to emails or support tickets. This kind of product service, this kind of money-grabbing service provider, is truly unreliable. If you cannot deliver on the promised paid commercial services, then don’t harm others. Has CLAWCLOUD RUN completely shut down its services? There is no after-sales support. After purchasing their Hobby plan service (30 USD), they did not respond to emails for a week, and there was no feedback from the ticket support system either. The paid membership exclusive area is unavailable, and neither support tickets nor emails are being responded to. Neither Discover nor the official help community is responding to messages. I am unable to get much out of the free version, even with the 5$ free credits they gave out from GitHub registration. My pods are unhealthy, and I doubt I can run my services reliably here. Thought on upgrading then, to see if there would be any changes. After upgrading, the plan did not change. I am still in free tier, and went ahead to look for support. Looking at the help page is such a horror thrill. So many questions and support being asked, and not being answered after even months. I can conclude that I just wasted my bucks on a brick. I would not like to wait for literal months just to get a single support message. Review is left as it is. Please log into the server and perform a speed test to rule out any carrier influence. If the speed test results on the server side do not meet expectations, it could be that your server triggered a bandwidth throttling mechanism, which will automatically lift after the server hasn't occupied bandwidth for a certain period.
