Dear Customer, First of all, we sincerely apologize for the issues you have encountered while using CLEARALIF laundry detergent sheets. We highly value your feedback and appreciate your valuable input. We understand that you have experienced difficulties using our laundry sheets in your High-Efficiency (HE) washing machine, and we are truly sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. Regarding the issue you mentioned about our laundry sheets not fully dissolving in your HE washing machine, we would like to offer you the following suggestions to improve your experience: If your washing machine is set to a low water level, consider pre-dissolving the laundry sheet. Before starting the washing machine, you can place the laundry sheet in a small bowl of water, wait for it to fully dissolve, and then pour the dissolved detergent solution into the washing machine. Place the laundry sheet in the washing machine before adding clothes. Put the laundry sheet at the bottom of the machine and then evenly spread the clothes on top of it. This helps the sheet dissolve more effectively and reduces residue. Opt for pre-dissolving the laundry sheet. Before starting the washing machine, you can place the laundry sheet in a small bowl of water, wait for it to fully dissolve, and then pour the dissolved detergent solution into the washing machine. We hope that these suggestions will help resolve the issues you have experienced. Please try these tips and let us know if your experience improves. We promise to continue monitoring your concerns and providing you with as much assistance as possible. Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience and truly appreciate your support and understanding. We will also take your suggestions into account and continually improve our product formulation to make it more convenient and effective. Oh dear, I'm sorry you are experiencing non-dissolution, this is very rare, please check if the laundry sheets you are using are sufficiently in contact with the water. Please contact [email protected] Provide your order number and I will handle the aftermarket situation for you. If it is not fully exposed to water, this is the reason for the non-dissolving situation. Please place the laundry sheets first and then place the clothes so that the sheets can fully touch the water and dissolve. We are working on improving our formula to make it better for your service and experience.
