After researching and considering several companies to promote and build, deliver and support my online coaching business, and closely following Clients on Demand for over two years, I finally joined their standard/beginning level program in May 2024. I am so grateful for the support and encouragement and learnings of COD. My business and personal mindset has improved so much. Fun fact: I left COD after my first 2 months for a few months because of the investment and joined a “less expensive” program… not even close to the value. I came back… and I am so glad I did. The investment is well worth it. If you’re on the fence- do it.

I came into the program with great hopes and eager to add a new skill with short funnel marketing. I am an experienced marketer of 30 years, but never dove into this type of online marketing before, so I was excited to see what I could gain for my new group coaching program.
The online self-paced courseware is well produced, easy to follow and for the most part complete. The AI tools they use to create the assets required for the sales funnel you build are OK, but not great. You have a copy writing coach to help polish the content AI creates, but don't be in a rush to get answers because they have a 24-48 hour response policy through their chat platform. Better to just get on the twice a week office hours to get answers during the creative process.
You can tell they are still working out the kinks in the system which creates confusion at key parts of the process. I was a fast burner through the course and finished all required deliverable from my end quickly. I suggest to anyone going through this course to do the same because you want as much time for the second and third phase as possible.
The second phase with their done-for-you program is the sales funnel build out. I was told this takes no more than a week, which would give me three weeks to test the ad campaign before my 8-week agreement was over. Unfortunately mine took five weeks and when delivered was still not ready to launch an ad campaign against. I would have asked them to fixed the issues, but by then, my window to launch the campaign for my program had past and decided my team would just pick up the pieces we had and move forward on our own with the third phase - the ad campaign.
On what I hoped to be a brighter end to my experience, my success coach, who was very attentive to my concerns and always stayed positive, did contact me about a month later. They attempted to find out what happened and looked for ways to "make it right" as this was "not the experience folks usually had with the program". She spent time going back and forth with the tech team, but they were never able to grasp the issue at hand and decided that, "From everything I see our team showed up fully and supported every step of the way." She continued to offer their support, but I couldn't afford to spend more time working with them when they couldn't even understand the simple truths of the situation.
In the end, I have an understanding of a new type of marketing for my business and will move forward with my internal team to test what was built and optimize it on our own.
Conclusion: I don't think this is the best program for those without their own tech/website team or anyone that is on any sort of set timeline they want their campaigns to run. I also don't think 8 weeks is enough time to go through the courseware, complete all of the assignments, get the site built, and have enough time to dial in the ad campaign. Of course, you can sign up for their follow-on mastermind, but I have heard that runs an extra $20K a year (don't quote me on the price).
On a side note. I gathered from the few group calls I was on that the ad campaigns can take a few months to get dialed in. I heard firsthand from people who had been spending an upwards of $6K per month for two and three months without success. The COD success team (the single beacon of greatness of the program) is always eager to continue helping, but I am not sure how many folks have an $18K runway plus the cost of the course to see results. So buyer beware.
After searching for 2 years and investing in many other programs, I finally found a home. These people are the real deal. Russ and his team go above and beyond and they teach me to do the same. I know that my success as a coach is ensured because of the training and support I've gotten here. Can't say enough about how amazing this company is. Thank you Russ for birthing it!

We’re sorry to learn that you and your partner had a falling out. In both the written contract and on the phone, our refund policy was clearly outlined. We verified this several times.
Our records show that you purchased the COD workshop with the intention of having your business partner go through it. The contract was entered into AND signed by your partner, as such, HE is our client, and we are 100% committed to our clients.
Your partner has been accessing the COD program consistently for 3 weeks now. He’s had a 1:1 coaching session, attended Q&As, accessed our training modules and is actively working with COD marketing strategists to build out his program.
We do hope that you two can come to an agreement between one another, but at this time we have an ethical obligation to honor the contract as written. We wish you all the very best.
