Dear Mike, We have gone through our database and show that you did many years ago contact us for a design consultation but you did not purchase from us. If the contract is under a different name please contact us with the correct name and order number. We think you have purchased from a different company. Please review the paperwork and contact them. Most closet companies have "closet" in their company name. Feel free to email your contract to me if we are mistaken and I will assist you.
