I saw the dress and knew it was perfect for my character. We've been waiting for a tracking number to confirm that the order had shipped. Days went by and the show is approaching so I finally contacted them in an attempt to figure out what's happening. I was BEYOND indignant with the answer I received. They said that for the next seven days, China would be celebrating a holiday and could not ship out any orders until after the break. I totally understand the importance of national holidays, as I have often experienced similar frustrations on days like the Fourth of July and MLK Jr. Day. However, not being from China, I was completely unaware and was not informed of this holiday when I placed my order; I would've understood and gotten my dress elsewhere.
