I've never seen such a terrible company; you don't have this problem with AliExpress, Temu, Banggood, or SHEIN. Here, it claims to update every two or three days, but there is absolutely no information on where the item is or when it will arrive. If I can't find a replacement part—though I'm sure I could find one in the Chinese market—I'll just sell the bike cheaply rather than place another order. You don't even deserve a single star. > 商家回复 (2026-10-01): hi friend, you asked, and i told that the throttle of your bike is old version. so we need to order one from throttle supplier, and then ship. now it's shipped. and updated from 1st, oct. you can click the link with the tracking number in the email https://www.yuntrack.com/parcelTracking?id=YT2626700707250713 ### ★★★★★ A really great experience buying a… - FREDERICK G · 2026-10-01 · 已验证 A really great experience buying a bike.
