Thank you for your feedback and for being a long-time Coleyes customer. We truly appreciate your continued support over the years. We’re sorry to hear about the frustration you experienced with certain lenses and the claims process. We understand that blurry vision issues can be disappointing, especially when the lens appearance itself seems perfectly normal. To help investigate concerns like this as quickly and accurately as possible, our team may request photos, videos, order details, and descriptions of the issue at the beginning of the process. Since some problems are not always visible to the naked eye, providing complete information upfront often helps reduce back-and-forth communication and allows us to review cases more efficiently. Regarding the K-eyes Blue lens you mentioned, we’d still be happy to look into it further. Please send us your order number and any photos or details you may have so we can review the case again with our team. We genuinely value your feedback on both product quality and customer service, and we’ll continue working to improve the experience for our long-term customers. Thank you again for your support and honesty 💙
