Great place for affordable Gurkha…
Great place for affordable Gurkha trousers Discovered Collaro via bchanism on Instagram. I'd been wanting to try Gurkha trousers for some time, but my shorter-than-average frame (5'4") makes it inefficient to go with off-the-rack options, e.g. Todd Snyder. I hadn't tried online made-to-measure since my first Indochino suits 10+ years ago, but Collaro made the process easy while maintaining individualized attention & communication. The discounted test trousers were another unique feature I haven't seen presented elsewhere, and it helped a lot in reassuring me of the quality before committing to a full purchase. I only wish I had more occasions to wear the trousers!

Prices have increased a fair bit over…
Prices have increased a fair bit over the years. For example, there’s a review from another customer dated Feb 2022 on YouTube, the same material reviewed now costs SGD$60 more. In the context of Singapore, there are multiple brick and mortar tailors that offer competitive prices but the service collaro provides and intuitive website makes it decidedly easy to return. The bulk of my wardrobe consists of shirts from them. They’re all buttoned downs and the collar design is the most attractive I’ve seen in a shirt. I remain thankful that there’re basic fabrics which fits my price point. Should prices continue to climb, I’m doubtful I’ll be making more clothes.

I have made nearly a dozen purchases with Collaro and have been extremely satisfied with their services. Their customer service is outstanding, and the team is always available to chat with customers. I cannot recommend Collaro enough!

Collaro is a great brand to expand your wardrobe
Collaro is a clothing brand that delivers tailored outerwear, trousers, jackets etc. via made to measure. I came in contact 2023 with the brand, which is based in singapore and ordered now several times. I think the only downside I can add at the moment, is that making your own measures abroad are difficult especially for a first timer. Also the pictures sometimes are a bit too bright compared with the actual fabric. But I would say these are minor things for me and easily worked around. The team of Collaro (especially Travis) answer all you questions, whether its about fabrics, measurements and even after delivery they consult you on changes and how to adjust your measurements. If you never had a cloth made by them you can order a trial version first. The quality of fabrics is great and the variety is from winter to summer fabrics. You can additionally ask for fabrics if they sell them or send pictures of cloths you have seen. Since I ordered mostly jackets and trousers i can say that their drape and fit is more natural around the shoulder. Overall a very timeless and elegant fit. Shipping usually goas via Fedex which is efficiant and fast. Overall I really appreciate their shop and will definitely buy in the future.

The service is excellent and very personal. Time and effort is given to ensure that the fit matched your expectations with final delivery always being on time. My only downside has been the quality of some material after careful washing.
I have been using Collaro for years
I have been using Collaro for years, and have been recommending them from day one. They are an online made-to-measure service, but that category doesn’t do them justice, because their competition in that space (Hockerty, Indochino, et al.) don’t come close. Yes, they are considerably more expensive. Bentleys are considerably more expensive than Geo Metros. Having owned suits from Indochino and Collaro, I can say for certain that the difference is obvious when you put them on. What I have really appreciated over the years, more than the high quality clothes, has been the customer service. Travis and the rest of the staff have alway made me feel like I’m the most important client in the universe, even when I haven’t bought anything in a while. If you care about businesses that take the time to foster relationships with their clientele, Collaro is one of them. And they’re doing it online, which is even harder to do! They’ve made a lifelong customer out of me, even if I can’t afford as many suits as I’d like all at once.
Client communication is key to success
So much of clothing comes down to preference, so when items are made to order, it's easy to get something that's perfectly well-made, but not exactly what you wanted. Travis is very communicative with clients, which reduces the possibility that you'll be dissatisfied with your final garment. I would recommend paying for the trial jacket and trial trousers on your first purchase. It will help set you up for better final product and is worth the cost in my opinion.

Great company with good communication through the order process and lots of options. I've ordered a couple of jackets and a pair of jeans from them and I'm really happy with the quality and fabric and overall experience. Will be ordering from them again in the future.

Can't recommend enough!
For years, I have struggled to find classic menswear clothing in natural fibers and an appealing style that fits me. The team at Collaro has far surpassed my expectations by providing excellent quality, excellent prices, and excellent customer service. I cannot recommend them enough! Advice for first-time buyers: - Use their trial garment option and communicate with the staff for fit advice. - I found this review on reddit helpful when ordering my first suit (Trustpilot doesn't allow links in reviews but it was titled "Ordering A Suit From Collaro Classic Menswear"). The suit I bought is made of the same wool as in the review ("Textured Charcoal High Twist Wool - English, Wool"). It's a wonderful fabric with a deep color and great wrinkle resistance.

One of the Best MTM Services
I cannot say enough about how brilliant Collaro is. Travis and his team are constantly bringing in fantastic fabrics, and new styles and providing more options for the consumer. My last suit from them was needed for a Wedding in high summer, I wanted a breathable fabric, but not linen or seersucker. Yuri sent me several suggestions and i picked a high twist wool - absolutely stunning and so easy to wear. Travis guided me through the process of updating my pattern and measurements, using my previous suit i ordered, and we updated my measurement where i think we are near to perfect. if you are wanting to go Made to Measure, you really cannot go wrong with Collaro.

Ordered a custom jacket
Ordered a custom jacket. There was a slight tailoring error with a sleeve, and Collaro did not think twice. They quickly reimbursed part of the jacket value so I could get it fixed by local tailor. Now it is one of my most used items in my wardrobe.
