Confection Couture Stencils

Hi Eloise, I am sorry that we must have inadvertently confused you. Yes, this product is a stencil set plus Cutters. However we offer the option to buy with cutters and to buy without cutters. I am sorry you chose the variant that was Stencil set only. I am sorry that this was not as clear as it should be. But you ordered and paid for just the stencils. To get the cutters that costs a total of $23.99 which is $12 more then you paid. This is one of our most discounted with trhee stencils for less then the cost of 2 and the same is true of the cutters. So i want to be fair with you while also being fair to me and my team of US employees who make all of this. To make this right if you send us $10 ( $12 minus the 20% discount), we will send the cutters that you wanted to order. We will pay the shipping cost which is almost $10 and you will have your cutters. We did send you what you ordered, but we want to make it as right as we can So please call our service 800 334 1776 or email [email protected] Jim
