Basically this company do not hold stock, they drop ship it from other websites which is why it is so difficult to return anything. Your statutory rights are affected when ordering from this company and I can only surmise that good reviews are likely fake. You cannot return the shoddy goods which are often misrepresented and will need to raise dispute with your credit card to get any resolution. Save your money and shop somewhere else. This is a substandard business running out of an address in Hounslow. ### ★★★☆☆ Long delivery - Susan Gilson · 2026-09-12 Long delivery, had forgotten! , l ordered!, not as good as expected, not much for the money ### ★★★★★ Good quality and was kept updated with… - Janet Harold · 2026-09-11 Good quality and was kept updated with delivery details ### ★★★★☆ the product is good - Annemarie Baxter · 2026-08-29 the product is good , however the time for delivery was long and the lack of communication was disquieting, these days so many fraudsters are out there, a little communication goes a long way to ease worries ### ★★★★★ Excellent product ,very easy to use - nita cripps · 2026-08-29 Excellent product ,very easy to use. It’s made of paper which I wasn’t aware of so watch you don’t get caught in a shower whilst wearing it! The bow round the hat seems to be made of a hessian type material so think it’s been quite cheap to make and probably not worth the £16 that I paid for it. Wouldn’t buy again. ### ★★★★★ Top class socks - Nigel Dunford · 2026-06-22 ### ★☆☆☆☆ AVOID AT ALL COST!!! ☠️⚠️ - ALYSON WATKINS · 2026-06-21 Would be NIL STARS if available. Ordered a lipliner for 9.99 and was charged vat. Did get that back though. Then the sent me shade 05 when I ordered 04. Even though it states 05 on the box and the liner itself, they state the right order was sent 🙄 but they will contact the Dept to make sure they do better next time !!!!???? 🤔🤷 --- - 全部评价与筛选: https://ok.one/review/confident-journey.com - JSON 接口: https://ok.one/api/companies/confident-journey.com - 评分口径与数据来源: https://ok.one/methodology/
