While we understand your frustration, we hope you understand that we cannot compel creditors to take part in our program and they are not obligated to respond to us or negotiate if they do not want to. When you were first enrolling, we did notify you that there was the possibility the one creditor would not be willing to work with us. We did reach out to them multiple times in attempts to change their mind but it was unfortunately unsuccessful. Upon reading this review we reached out to you about expediting your cancellation. We wish you the best moving forward and hope your financial journey is successful!
