Contact Lens King Inc.

HI. Thank you for your order and taking the time to leave a review! We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you in the future.

Hi, I sincerely apologize if you received any defective contact lenses. Typically, an entire box of contact lenses is not defective. If a manufacturer suspects a full-box defect, they will generally request that the lenses be returned for testing. After reviewing your case, I can confirm that our Customer Service team followed our Defective Product Policy. They offered a refund for the contact lenses that had been opened and tried. Because the remaining lenses are still sealed and unused, we are unable to determine that they are defective and, therefore, are unable to issue a refund for those lenses at this time. You can review our full Return Policy here: https://www.contactlensking.com/returnpolicy.aspx. We appreciate your understanding, and please let us know if you have any additional questions.

HI. Thank you for your order. I apologize you feel our shipping rates are high. All shipping rates are a flat fee from the carrier that is based on multiple factors such as: fuel, zone, weight, taxes, and freight related charges. We do work with the carriers on a daily bases in hopes they will lower their rates. We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you in the future.

Thank you for your feedback. I apologize for the frustration regarding the processing fee. As you read on our website, the processing fee is associated with the sales cost of the item and is priced per box. However, we do welcome all our customers to do their own price comparison to see for themselves that in most instances we offer the lowest bottom price. It is also important to note Contact Lens King is an authorized retailer, receiving all our lenses sealed and packaged directly from the manufacturer. At Contact Lens King you can count on receiving the quality products you want while receiving award-winning service. We greatly appreciate your business and look forward to serving you in the future. Updated: I sincerely apologize for the price difference you experienced. As outlined in our Terms and Conditions, product prices are subject to change on a daily basis. As an authorized retailer, we are required to comply with manufacturer pricing policies. When you initially viewed the products, they were being offered at a Google Flash Sale price. Unfortunately, by the time your order was placed a few days later, that promotional pricing had ended, and the products had returned to their regular price. We understand how frustrating unexpected price changes can be and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We appreciate your understanding, and if you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to reach out.

HI. Thank you for your order and taking the time to provide your feedback. The reason the coupon could not be applied was your items were on sale. As the coupon stated: offer cannot be combined with existing sales and promotions. Also stated on our website: this item is on sale and not eligible for any coupons. A process fee will apply. We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you in the future.
