I was trying to save pictures sent to me by texting and to transfer them onto my HP desktop. I don't think that it is possible with Coolmuster. If it is, could you please contact me and explain the procedure.

As far as it goes, the app works well. I don't understand why a phone cannot be totally backed up.....every app and all associated data content. Deleting an app as a backup/recovery technique is not a solution because all associated data is lost.

CoolMuster Android Assistant, Version 4.9.49 PROS - Saving SMS-messages sort of works OK. (As long as they are not MMS or Multipart SMS messages.) CONS - Does not handle MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service) messages AT ALL! - Does not handle multi-part SMS messages; only the first part of the message will be saved! - Sometimes fails to export certain JPG-files! - Program UI uses Microsoft ATL (Active Template Library) components - but, it does not handle "Windows Sizing Messages" correctly (window redraw fails). - Program has poor support for MouseWheel events, so wheel-scrolling often does not work in the UI. - Does not implement the standard "System/Window Menu"-feature at all. - Program UI appears to overlay two different layers in order to create a fake "window shadow", which looks awful.

I started using Coolmuster when I purchased my 1st smartphone. I like that it lets me add my contact details on my desktop PC with a FULL keyboard so I don't have to do all that on that tiny phone keyboard. I've added addresses as well as phone numbers. So if I'm going somewhere I haven't been, I just touch the Contact entry and it finds the address through Google Maps and GPS.

Downloaded and installed and was asked for install code. Used what I had received in email and it didn't work at all, at least 3 times. Turned out that I had another way of getting what I needed. Sent refund request and was denied. Customer service is reprehensible and the product service - I have to go to China to get a refund. Let this go, down the proverbial drain.

I could not figure out how to disconnect my phone leaving the contact list on my computer to edit another time and then put the edited list back in my phone.

Coolmuster product works. I have all my contacts and chat messages copied once a week. Including my whats' app messages all copied on a hard drive. Great product.

I'm so happy with this program. These days when you buy a new phone, it's rare that someone helps in transferring or saving data from your old phone. With Coolmuster, I am able to save ALL my data, even my text messages and any attachments. While text content may often be trivial, there are times when it can be used to prove testimony in court, or for other purposes.

Android Assistant, very cool program. Can backup and arrange things with ease. Can also send SMS via your computer USB connected to the phone, but it has strict limitations and breaks up the text into parts if you get long-winded. Otherwise, it's a needed tool. Get it! :-)

Coolmuster for Android does what is has claimed. I use it to clean up my phone's address book. A feature that I find annoyingly missing is the ability to create and remove contact groups. It appears that contact groups can only be changed, if the group exists on the phone. I currently have to go back to the phone to edit groups. I have big fat fingers with flat finger tips. Typing on the phone accurately is very difficult for me. If you could add this ability, it would be most apprecitated. Thanks
