I liked that it was personable because the company allowed you to speak to a real person, and not just a chat bot. They honored a 10% discount at their discretion after I made the mistake of not including the coupon code. My order came in a week and they allow international shipping since I live overseas. The product is authentic and looks good, plus the prices are affordable!
Product was of high quality and the post-sale support was above and beyond. I recommend this seller.
Ordered a shift knob for my BMW, and as promised, I received it. Customer support was quick to respond when I asked questions and was helpful. The only downside is that it took 22 days to arrive.
Thanks for your review. We will improve our shipment.
The communication and response time was outstanding. I was sent photos of all the items in the box to ensure fit. Also, the product works great and looks fantastic! The instructional video helped my professional installer a lot as well! I wish I could attach photos as it look fantastic!
thanks for your review
I purchased a shifter knob for a BMW 3 Series(Automatic). The quality is really nice. Looks great in the car. It will take a bit to get used to as it is a bit taller than the original though. The 4 stars is due to the fact that it took 34 days to receive it. I blame the shipping company though. Note: Darren was very helpful with keeping me informed and with questions about installation.
Product arrived alot quicker than expected. Seller was very friendly. Thank you!
I’m very happy that found Darren’s site, with this cool shift knobs, I bought it for my g26, installed without problem by video guide, which Darren send me, support was the best, from start to end))) Will recommend to everyone, quality is perfect)
Got a crystal shifter for my F06 BMW. Genuine OEM quality and great personal customer support from company owner Darren. They supplied installation videos and Darren was there to help when I got stuck and with customizing my install. Couldn't be happier with product and buying experience. A+ for product and support.
Received my shifter, start button and idrive knob in about 4 days (I'm in Canada). Install was pretty easy with no issues, just remember to disconnect your battery before installation and you should be good. My vehicle is a 2018 330i xdrive.
Fantastic online shop that shows other chinese online shops how to do it! Swift confirmation on online order, reached out next day to ensure correct fitment, displaying great knowledge of the cars product should be install in. I requested faster air shipping, and got it expidited really fast at very reasonable extra cost. Installed product was not a 100% fit, as the gear leaver surround had to be trimmed a bit, but very minor issue. Everything turned out great, works perfectly and is good quality. Was surprised that even the trackpad works. I ordered media, start and gear leaver for Bmw i8.
I made an order on Thursday and got it by Monday, for my 2019 BMW X5. The shift knob was on great condition and looks so nice! The site didn't mention the volume button but I emailed ahead and confirmed it would be included. Very responsive seller. Also helped with the install quickly.
Quick writing back when i was having questions, really pretty shift knob, all in all everything fine!

Still don't have the product. Product arrived and I recieved the tracking information a week after I had ordered the product. I only recieved the tracking information after being ask to fill out a review about my experience and giving one star. I was told I would recieve a discount if I changed my review. No discount ever given.

I honestly loved the shift knob I got. The samurai sword design was so intricate and beautiful I would definitely buy more for future cars. I will also be buying more for gifts for my family and friends!
