Good afternoon! Often our Team Dimensions profile is used by organizations as a class requirement or in a team building event. It’s most effective when you can discuss how you fall within a group and what your style contributes to your team, but that doesn’t mean an individual cannot benefit from the results of your assessment. Were you expecting something different? Can you help us understand what you were expecting so we might be able to present a better experience next time? Was your access code delivered quickly? Did you have any problems accessing the assessment? Or perhaps your feedback is about the Team Dimensions report itself? We thank you in advance for your feedback and your help!

I definitely feel your pain. Shipping costs are continuing to rise and we’re all paying higher prices. At Corexcel, we’ve been working to counteract high shipping costs with online product versions, where appropriate. Our shipping quotes come directly from automated USPS/FedEx rate lookups. You are right that there are cheaper shipping options. We do not offer them because first class mail does not allow for tracking and media mail often takes 3+ weeks for delivery. Neither of these are acceptable for most of our customers. We hope that your purchase arrived as scheduled and met your expectations. Thank you for your feedback and for choosing Corexcel.

Good afternoon, Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that you are having technical issues with your course. We would love to hear about the specific problems you’ve been experiencing. Would you please email us with the specifics such as type of computer, operating system, browser etc. The more information the better. We’d like to see if there is any way we can make the experience better for you. Our customer service representatives are always available Monday through Friday from 9:00am- 5:30pm EST, except on major U.S. holidays. Please contact us at your convenience at 302-477-9730 to see how we can help.

Hi Rebecca – This is not true. The IACET website lists currently accredited providers and is always up to date. https://www.iacet.org/ I’m reasonably sure I know where the confusion lies. Corexcel used to offer an option for students to earn college credit through a community college. This was only available after they’d met the requirements for a CEU certificate. Students paid an additional $504 fee to the college and had to sit through another 100-question exam. In April 2019 we decided to discontinue the college credit option because the college’s requirements were simply too much for our students. We know that it can be a frustrating process trying to find a course that meets all requirements mandated by individual schools and programs, so we try our best to ensure that our course accreditation is transparent and available on our website at all times. Here is a link: https://www.corexcel.com/html/ap_accreditation.htm. We also advise all students to send our course syllabus to the school they are looking to attend for approval. We do apologize that your program did not accept the CEUs we offer students upon completion. Please let us know if there is any other way we can help at all.

True. :-) Good luck with your course Matthew!
