### ★☆☆☆☆ Product Not Delivered, No Refund, and No Meaningful Support
- Frady Yacoub · 2026-10-05

My product was not delivered, and I have not received a refund. I have sent numerous emails requesting updates and assistance, but each time the company replies with the same generic message, offering no useful information or help.

Despite my repeated follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved. This has been an extremely frustrating experience. Based on the lack of delivery, refund, and meaningful customer support, I would not recommend this company and strongly urge others to think twice before buying from them.

- MJM · 2026-06-15

Not only did the product take about 3 weeks to arrive, the shipping and tracking updates were vague. The product itself is watery and leaves a sticky feeling on the skin. I am disappointed.
