We are very sorry that you were dissatisfied with the work of our customer support department. Our specialist responded to your letter, but did so in a new ticket due to a technical error that sometimes occurs. You are right, the tracking numbers are currently not working for citizens of other countries, but this does not mean that they are fake. The difficulties in tracking are related to the complex order dispatch system caused by the current situation on the nootropic products market. You can always write to our customer service with a request for up-to-date information about your order. We should also note that orders that have been marked as completed are not those that have already been received by customers, but those that have only been shipped by us, as preparing parcels for shipment is also a fairly labor-intensive process. --- - 全部评价与筛选: https://ok.one/review/cosmicnootropic.com - JSON 接口: https://ok.one/api/companies/cosmicnootropic.com - 评分口径与数据来源: https://ok.one/methodology/
