Das Mit Kreditkarte bezahlte Geld wurde sofort abgebucht. Jede Anfrage wurde zu Anfang nach zwei Tagen beantwortet und ein Trackingbericht zugesandt. Wie sich herausstellt, ein gefälschter Bericht. Ich wurde permanent vertröstet und mit einem Nachlass im Preis vertröstet. 15. Januar sollte das E-bike hier sein, seit meiner Anfrage meldet sich Coswheel gar nicht mehr. After submitting a complaint, they sent me a PDF file, which is not valid. The authorities responsible for vehicle legalization and registration in Portugal explicitly require an original document with a physical signature, not a digital copy or PDF. I contacted the seller again to request the original documentation, and they clearly stated that they do not issue original documents. As a result, it is impossible to legally register the Coswheel CT20S in Portugal and likely in other EU countries. If you want to avoid legal issues and misleading practices, I strongly recommend not buying from this seller.
