We’re very glad to hear you’re happy with both revolver holsters and that the leather quality, comfort, and craftsmanship met your expectations. It really means a lot when customers understand that our holsters are not just pulled from a shelf, but made one at a time for a specific order. That takes a bit more time, but it’s exactly what allows us to focus on the fit, details, and overall quality. We truly appreciate your support. (2026-07-13): Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry about the damaged packaging on the first delivery and the delay with your second holster. We understand your frustration, especially when tracking has not moved for several days. Please contact our support team with your order number or reply to your existing ticket so they can check the shipment with the carrier and help resolve this properly. We’re glad you like the holsters themselves, but we’re sorry the delivery experience has not met expectations. (2026-07-13): Thank you for your review. We appreciate your recommendation. (2026-06-18): Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience. Please contact us at support@craftholsters.com with your order number so our team can review the issue and help find a suitable solution. (2026-06-18): Thank you for your kind review.
