Most reviewers were somewhat happy with their experience overall. Consumers generally find the ordering process simple, smooth, and straightforward, and they appreciate that shipments frequently arrive quickly in good condition. Many people mention that items match website descriptions well, work effectively, and feature exceptionally nice materials. Some reviewers were not happy with delivery delays and unexpected shipping origins that extended waiting periods considerably. A few other people also felt that certain items appeared significantly smaller or different than advertised pictures online. Additionally, some customers noted occasional issues concerning overall product quality and missing components upon arrival.

But they say it was delivered June 30th. That was 7 days after I ordered, and coming from China there is no way it was delivered a week after ordering. I have cameras on both of my gates and nothing on delivery. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!!!!
Tried my new mascara this morning. Like the way it looks
Fast shipping. My graddaughter loved the dinosaurs vety colorful and went around the whole room including ceiling.
I immediately put all my blankets and winter coats in these bags. It was simple and fast. The only downside was it took a six weeks to get this product. I suggest ordering ahead of seasonal organizing plans.
The product was received in good condition and I'm very satisfied with my purchase. There was a problem with the billing end of the transaction, but it was handled very promptly! I should be receiving a credit soon. I'm very happy how everything was handled.
I can tell you better after I receive my order.
Didn’t order it don’t want it never got refund
When I ordered I didn’t realize it was coming from China, so it took a long time to arrive.
I ordered a 2 pack of Skin-so-soft Body oil. I was sent an order number and a way to track the package. I waited several weeks, checking the tracking to see where the order was. Tracking finally said package delivered 7-7-26 but I never received it. My husband and I were home that entire day. I have reached out to Cresomall via their "contact us" e-mail but can get no response.
If I knew it wasn’t coming out of the US I wouldn’t have ordered. I’m just grateful I got it in time.
Ease of delivery and product quality. Very cute!
My experience was OK. Delivery was a little slow. I like the product.
I received yesterday and have not used yet but design looks like it will do well. My personal disappointment is that the total brush is so short. I am 78 and can’t bend so low anymore nor stand on ladders. Wanted to use on baseboards, ceiling fans, and vents in apartment. Ad video makes it look like it will do all those things. If you made an extended long handle it might have worked for me, but as is I don’t think it will.
Quality product... very nice and stylish 😎
Order came quickly everything correct. I haven’t had time to use the pencils yet but excited to have them
Came quickly. As pictured. Will be fun to wear in cooler weather.
Fast shipping from China! Love the shirts, soft, nice material
The product is not at all as described. very dissapointed, I would like to return.
Horrible website!!! Scam! I put in my order and they charged my card to much, I tried to cancel my order right away and they wouldn’t cancel it. When I received it, I wanted to return it and they said they would give my 4 dollars back and keep my 47 dollar order. I DIDN T WANT IT and the kept offering me a few more dollars. I just wanted to return it and they won’t tell me how to return it for a refund. I don’t know what else to do. HELP
