We’d like to clarify your payment and subscription history to ensure full transparency: In 2023, a system issue following a card update resulted in two renewal charges. When you contacted us in December 2023, the 30-day refund window had already passed. To make sure you received full value for the duplicate payment, we extended your license until August 16, 2025 and canceled one of the duplicate subscriptions. However, the second subscription remained active. As a result, that remaining subscription automatically renewed on August 16, 2024. When you reached out again in June 2025 regarding this charge, a refund was no longer possible due to the time elapsed. However, to ensure this payment was fully accounted for, we extended your license by an additional year, moving the expiration date to August 16, 2026. In total, all payments made have been fully converted into active subscription time. Your license is now active and fully covered until August 16, 2026. To ensure no further charges occur, we have disabled all automatic renewals on your account. Your plugins will continue to function normally until the expiration date, and no additional payments will be taken.
