Hello! My "My Shares" section disappeared with 7 active Shares, one of them with a deposit of 100.000 Satoshi from the June 1 promotion!? May I know what is the reason? This is a Great platform I've found so far..I would have given 5 stars if I haven't had this small problem. Dear admin, when I try to withdraw larger amounts to my faucetpay account, a message pops saying that I cannot withdraw more than 200 satoshis to my faucetpay account. As I purchased a revenue share I need to withdraw larger amounts, I've seen in FAQ that we can withdraw larger amounts to faucetpay with admins' approval. Please fix this ASAP! Keep it up the Good work!
I hereby write for the reversal of my withdrawal (0.00277369 BTC) to my purchase account to enable me re-invest it for now. Please move it from the pending status, back to my purchase balance account. The withdrawal has been pending for over 3 days. I have equally sent an email to this effect. Cryptowin.io should try and be responding to mails.
Limits the withdrawal amount. Withdrawal is only 500 Satoshi. When I try to output I get error messages: "Internal server error, please try again." "Invalid CSRF token." "You can withdraw again after 2 days" But 500 sat. after that they come. The signs of problems have been on the rise over the past few months.
The site used to work perfectly untill the last update. I normally could pay out whatever i had in my balance, with admin approval on a daily basis. Since the update i can only pay 500 sats every 2 days. This would take me forever to withdraw my balance. Payments higher than 500 sats wont be accepted. Cryptowin.io used te be trustworthy, but now i highly doubt it
I rate with two stars. The site no longer pays before the last update. Also, I have a pending withdrawal in the withdrawal section for days. The site did not reach me in the recent period. It is no longer valid as before and no longer paid as before. The minimum limit is only 500 satoshi.
I don't know what's wrong with this site, I withdrew BTC a week ago but the status is still pending, on social media there is also no response at all
I had issues with cryptowin.io for inability to view my account but I discovered where the problem lies. I later viewed my account and found everything intact. Cryptowin.io should try and be communicating with investors more, to encourage, build a better trust and confidence.
