I didn't know they were coming from China, they don't say that anywhere until after you place the order. It took a while to get here so I was just checking my email every few days. Then I got an email 3 weeks later saying the item was delivered but it was not. I informed customer service at curetoaway.com as well as the shipper and they both said tracking shows delivered. They gave me over three different tracking numbers to check with 3 different shipping companies which didn't make sense and did not show up on any of their shipping record. I asked for a refund or a replacement but they just keep telling me tracking shows delivered and kept sending me different tracking numbers.
