Customer service was extremely unhelpful and they haven't gotten back to me on that missing item, even after I requested a refund. Customer service was unwilling to help. Spam emails are so over the top, I receive several every day despite asking customer service again and again to stop (I have now blocked the contact from my email).The PRODUCT itself is below expectations but most of all it does not match the photos on the website. As everyone can see from the picture I uploaded, my dog has no shading, no detail. It’s more of a cartoon kind of picture, rather than the semi-realistic, detailed pictures they advertise on the website. The picture is still cute because obviously dogs are never going to be ugly but still, it is not as advertised and as I was expecting. There is also an awkward line on the left of my dogs face, what is that supposed to be? His tail? His body? It looks wrong. I will never purchase from this website again and neither should you. It’s not a scam but you feel scammed in the end, after waiting a long time and dealing with unresponsive and useless customer service, upon receiving a product that looks nothing like what is advertised. ### ★☆☆☆☆ I just made a order in this page - Francis Palomino Gala · 2024-02-03 I just made a order in this page. I never write bad reviews but I felt this needed to be shared. I ordered a custom pet sweater in October for a Christmas present. It came 1 week before Christmas and the embroidery was crooked and there was a stain on the sweater. ALSO the cat picture that I sent in was of a tabby cat but the embroidery was PURPLE. Obviously didn’t look like the cat cuz what cat is purple. So after 2 weeks of emailing them and only getting the response “sorry for the delay your order is in the mail on its way” I finally got someone that offered me only a 5% refund.. I declined and then after 1 more week of nonesense responses they agreed to send me a replacement with the correct colours and no damage (keep in mind Christmas is long past at this point). I waited 3 weeks and the cat is now BLUE… I agreed to a now 10% refund (which is like $8) and they keep saying I need to confirm the refund to be able to get one… I’ve confirmed 5 times and they still won’t give me even the 10%. Such a headache DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. No check was made and an atrocious image was printed on the hoodie with no similarity to the picture supplied, the hoodie was a 2xl so nice and baggy but the picture was so small, not to scale with the hoodie. The ping pong of insulting offers of refunds was ridiculous with the last email explaining they were not a scam just very overwhelmed with contact since the Christmas period. Nothing since. I’m down over £40 for a gift I cannot give as it looks nothing like our pet. Interestingly you can’t leave a review on their website. So where did they get all the reviews from? The worst online product I have ever ordered. I contacted them regarding how long it was taking it process the order and get it shipped. They informed me that they had started a Quality Control department to insure a quality product and it was slowing the process down. When I finally received it to late for the occasion, the image was so far off center part of it was missing. When I contacted them they offered a 10% refund, I denied it and requested a full refund. They offered 20% refund or return the item at my expense in order to get the refund. I had no problem returning it but at my expense and no in forceable guarantee of get the refund . First of all, order was "delayed" for many days. It was intended as a Christmas gift for my partner and no shipment notification before the holidays. I get a shipment notification on Jan 4th, but the package was never delivered. When contacting the customer service they send me to 2 different addresses, 30 mins away from my delivery address, which are not actually post offices. And they claim that they will resend the order IF I PAY FOR ANOTHER DELIVERY FEE, after I've told them 5 times that I do not trust them to deliver the package and want my money back. Even though on their website it says that cancelling your order is possible with a full refund if you contact them in the first 24h, they told me they couldn't cancel mine one hour after ordering it. Then they said I would receive my products in 3-5 business days, but it actually took FORTY days. The embroidery looks halfway between "kinda cute" and "nope", it's not detailed and even if I chose the same picture for two sweatshirts (both grey) they have different colors for the fur of the pet. Fortunately I ordered it with the intention of being a funny (missed) christmas present, so I'm not too upset about the results. However DO NOT ORDER EMBROIDERY. Arriving 2 months later..... It is TERRIBLE. NOT AS ADVERTISED. The word stitching was one colour not two (border and inner) and it was so messy and sloppy with random threads shooting off of each letter and connecting letters... My dogs tongue and ears where white threat instead of pink (as advertised) and all his black was grey ( have you ever seen a brown and grey German Shepherd?) And looked SO cheap and awful. When I contacted customer service, they offered a 10% reimbursemt after asking for a full refund... Then 20%, then 30%. When I demanded a full refund they told me I would have to pay shipping and wait for them to receive it to inspect it before making a refund decision. I said no you guys can pay for the return because it's your ignorance to quality that puts the fault of the situation on you. And that they could refer to the image to make that decision.... They didn't respond. I wish I could upload an image. I am certain they are deleting negative comments on their socials. Terrible product, terrible service.
