As the reviewer states himself, he is not the original purchaser of this product. Our Limited Lifetime Warranty is extended only to the original retail purchaser, is non-transferable, and requires registration within 90 days of purchase. None of which occurred here, by either owner, at any point in the years between purchase and installation. The customer was told that they could purchase an alternator that could be properly registered and warrantied going forward. We apply these terms consistently to every customer.
