Hi Wieslaw, Thank you for opening up the topic! Indeed, due to network-related parameters, a call will drop at a certain time after 1 or 2 hours. This depends on the provider of the phone number you call. Phone providers add these parameters to avoid customers from getting charged when they don't hang up on a call properly. Regarding the PIN, you can opt for the PINless Dialing feature, check it out in your account, and let us know if you need help activating it. The vast majority of problems actually occur due to a weak telecommunication network the person has in the destination country you are trying to reach when calling landline numbers, especially during peak hours. Keep in mind that sometimes calls can fail due to lack of coverage if you call cell phone numbers.
