I had put an inquiry in in the middle of the night and heard back from Jessica very quickly the next day. I pregnancy brain spaced on responding to her email but when I did she surprised me by saying they’d already processed my second missing bag being shipped. Finally a clear protein drink that is delicious and doesn’t make me want to pour it down the drain. The POG flavor to me is superior but the others are great too. I recommend shaking it without the ice due to some clumping when you do and just add ice after if you want to. I prefer it really cold. Great customer service too.

I am happy to say since I started focusing on increasing my daily protein intake I have lost 20lbs which is amazing seeing how I’m going through Menopause and it’s really hard for a lot of ladies. The popping vitamins for kids had raving reviews on Instagram stories and ads, so I was really excited to order them for my kids. All three kids nearly threw up when they tasted them for the first time…the taste was THAT bad! Given that we spent over $100 for 3 packs + shipping for the product, I contacted Dailies support to express our disappointment in the product. Instead of offering a refund for the unopened packages or even a small discount to try a different flavor, they simply said we were out that money. I know it’s a family owned business, but that was very disappointing to hear given I spent so much money on a product my kids will never again use…and to know they’re not offering anything to make it right really irks me. We will never again use this company, nor will I ever speak highly of Dailies to my friends or on social media.
