While DaVinci provides locks to self-storage facilities, we do not determine facility policies around lock use, application, or penalties. Communication DaVinci sends to tenants is limited to an automated message post-payment with the locks unlock code. We would encourage you to reach out directly to your self-storage facility regarding any additional correspondence you received to confirm the origin and any additional questions you may have as they are the executor of all policies and conditions of your rental.
