### ★☆☆☆☆ Pathetic service ..poor …no more words…
- Tamanna Ambitious · 2026-07-06

Pathetic service ..poor …no more words .. already paid the insurance still got my parcel late.. and they opened everything &the items were damaged each and every product.

### ★☆☆☆☆ Always poor customer sevice
- Iain Kendrick · 2024-10-01

Always poor customer sevice. Always an inanilty to deliver a parcel at anything approaching the customers convenience. I if notice a company uses them and there is no automated option to change I will contact the provider to change to another delivery service. Might as well waste my time at point of sale than the inevitable chase to get parcels re delivered

### ★★★★★ very good
- Zh Hank · 2022-03-03

This is a reliable and very trustworthy service. I’ll continue to work with this company as long as they are around.
