### ★★★☆☆ Fair so far
- Pablo Andres · 2026-10-13

Updated: after being really upset and mad because I bought 3 items and received only 2 and wrong, and I contacted them via email and WhatsApp, and received without any response, they finally answered. Now I’m waiting for the new arrival with the item missing.
To be fair, I was really disappointed at first but I also had a similar experience with adidas and this was so much easier than with them.
Will see when the missing items arrive and will update accordingly.
For now, thanks to ddshirt for the support and my suggestion to them would be to answer, avoid reading messages and keeping silent

> 商家回复 (2026-10-14): We are very sorry for the delay in our response due to the National Day holiday in the past week. If there are any missing or quality issues, we will compensate or resend them. Please contact our customer service on WhatsApp+8613078108558 and we will expedite the process for you

### ★☆☆☆☆ You have not refund me for the item…
- JRX · 2026-08-21

You have not refund me for the item that was missing. So what is your excuse this time? Bought 4 jerseys and only sent me 3. After how many emails are you going to refund me? And before I can get my refund, I have to deal with so many fraud charges in the $200 for shopping with you....... great company that takes service very seriously indeed.....

> 商家回复 (2026-08-31): I'm very sorry for the bad experience you had. Would it be convenient for you to send a private message to our customer service team? Please provide us with the order number, and we will help you verify and resolve the issue as soon as possible
