Our records show the customer requested cancellation after services were already completed and our fee had been earned. 

We also documented that on 4/26/24 we attempted to work with her regarding the payment issue. On 4/30/24, the customer charged back all payments and declined further communication with our team. We remain willing to resolve legitimate concerns directly, but this review does not accurately reflect the full timeline.

Thank you so much for your review and for being a client with us. We understand it can be surprising to check your balance on the 11th when you were expecting the payment to come out closer to the 5th–6th.

Looking at your account, your payment was originally scheduled around the 6th. When the first attempt did not complete, we tried calling you on the 6th to confirm how you wanted to proceed but weren’t able to reach you. To keep your program on track, we then reprocessed the payment on the 11th and sent a notification that morning.

We never want billing to feel confusing or like a surprise. We’d really like to walk through your payment schedule with you, answer any questions, and make sure future draft dates work well for you.
