Took two and a half months to arrive and it was missing the legs. I had paid the extra "shipping insurance" and the company claimed that the legs were on it when freighted. I requested a refund but was instead offered $10 (I paid $100) compensation or wait another 2 1/2 months for new legs. After multiple emails I settled on $20 as I'd had enough. I contacted their customer service department to let them know that I still had not received the items I ordered. They said "their" carrier delivered it July 1st (which was months not 7-15 business days) ... So I asked if they would resend it because I did not receive it. They refused to resend it and refused any kind of refund or credit.
