Delano Bat Company

Thanks Greg - and high praise coming from a professional. Appreciate it.

Thanks Lalo... love to hear your getting through the zone so well - i'm sure that first baseman wasn't so psyched. Appreciate the comment.

Thanks for taking the time Jeff. Hope the rest of your season goes as well.

Hey KB - thanks so much and honesty is all we can ask for. Appreciate the constructive thoughts on the barrel and the grip tape. We appreciate your business and your time to leave a review.

Hey Bobby, really appreciate the feedback and your business (and your teammate for sharing). Cheers to the rest of your season.

Thanks so much for the review... and we're glad the timing worked out for you. Good luck this weekend.

Thanks Cesar - appreciate the feedback. Banned by who? We know The Gamer should not be used in leagues/tournaments who mandate solid wood, and we know that each league/tournament has its own rules, so we always recommend players to check with their league before they buy. We are trying to stay on top of things, but there are a LOT of leagues and tournament providers out there. Feel free to email us at [email protected] if you have more questions. Thanks

Thank you Shawn. Customer care is an important aspect of our brand, and it's motivating to hear that we're hitting the mark. Appreciate your taking the time to post this comment.

Enough said, indeed - Thanks Scott. While we are proud of the Gamer's performance, it is still subject to BBCOR spec, so we believe the bat's swing/feel help hitters find theirs at the plate. It's the pilot, more than the plane. :)

Thanks for the review Dan, and we appreciate you coming to us with your dissatisfaction. We try, but we're definitely not going to get everything perfect. We are happy to have had the opportunity to make things right.

Hey Thomas - thank you so much for taking the time to share your thoughts. We're thrilled you/your son are pleased with both the service and the bat's feel at the plate. Your business and support are much appreciated.

Appreciate you sharing your grandson's thoughts on the bat, and we're thrilled he's loving The Gamer.

Thank you Dr. John - appreciate the review and the helpful description of the swing feel.

Thank you for taking the time to leave this note. The feel on mishits is a big game changer for many players - thanks for sharing your experience.

Don - you're speaking our love language. Thank you so much for such kind words. One hitter at a time... appreciate it.

Thanks Kip. "No complaints" is always a win in this day and age.

Thanks for your feedback, Sarah. Is there anything we can improve upon to earn 5-stars next time?

Thanks so much for taking the time to review The Gamer, and we are thrilled it got to you so quickly.

Andy - thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback, especially the constructive advice on grips. We hope your son rakes this season. Best,

Thank you for your comments and taking the time to share. "scorching baseballs" is what we strive for!
