Title: Is 1688 Really Safe? One Scammer Easily Bypassed Their Entire Security System
Review Body:
I am writing this public review to warn all international buyers about the serious security flaws on 1688 and the failure of their support team to protect customers who pay through official channels.
System Failure & Merchant Fraud:
Official Payment Ignored: Despite completing all transactions officially through the 1688 platform, the platform failed to safeguard my money.
Fake Stores & System Exploitation: A single fraudster, operating under the name Zhang (张), managed to use fake/fake-registered storefronts and completely bypass 1688's logistics verification system.
Recycled Tracking Numbers: The seller reused the exact same tracking number (YT7600357791464) across multiple distinct orders to fake dispatches and exploit system loopholes.
Affected Orders: 5035915189642315321, 5043222542357315321, 5035616102970315321, 5030679709106315321.
Unresolved Amount: 947.86 CNY.
If a single scammer can easily manipulate 1688's logistics controls and operate fake stores without intervention, how can any international buyer trust this platform? Clear evidence of tracking manipulation was submitted, yet 1688 support refuses to issue a forced refund for the remaining 947.86 CNY.
Demand:
I expect a representative from 1688 to contact me tomorrow to fully resolve this case and issue a forced refund. Otherwise, I will formally submit this systemic breach and logic fraud case directly to China's National Consumer Rights Protection Platform (12315
