Joy was really helpful when I was going through the order process. It took a while but it was worth it! Sofa looks exactly like advertised! It is comfortable and the quality is just top notch. Glad I made the decision to buy straight from factory. Definitely would recommend! ### ★★★★★ Love Dextra Living! - Marilyn Rollins · 2026-08-02 This process was so simple. It took time, but when it's being made just for you, that's to be expected. I was able to see pictures of my Jimmy sofa and let them know it was OK to ship. Delivery was easy and it was packed so well. It is very well made. I love it, but my grandchildren like it more. ### ★★★★★ Very easy process - Ashleigh Kelly · 2026-07-30 Very easy process, the communication is great, took a little while to get here but that is expected as it’s custom made and coming from overseas. Would 100% recommend. The fabric is beautiful and it’s very very comfortable. Thank you ### ★★★★★ Love this sofa - Sofia Abd Alwaheb · 2026-07-29 Love this sofa! Works great and the color and fabric is amazing. They listened to my need and made a custom sofa for me that met every single one of my needs. The sofa came well packaged leaving no room for any damage to occur. It is a sturdy high quality sofa that decimated any previous sofas I had ever owned. It uses real solid wood, and the cushioning is a mix of foam latex and feathers which is a combo that few, if any, use and cannot be beat in terms of comfort. > 商家回复 (2026-07-30): Dhir, thank you for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful review! It was an absolute pleasure working with you, and we’re so happy we could create a custom sofa that perfectly suited your needs. Knowing you’re impressed with the craftsmanship, comfort, and quality means the world to us. We’ll be sure to share your kind words with our team. We hope you enjoy your sofa for many years to come! ❤️ ### ★★★★★ Fantastic service and quality of sofa - LH · 2026-06-03 · 已验证 Legit company - very responsive on messaging and I was able to place a custom order for fabric and configuration. Super happy with the sofa I received!! Shipping is to be expected for overseas logistics - takes a few weeks on a boat, customs, and then local delivery coordination. (it's outsourced to a 3rd party logistics company - i recommend paying the extra for in home/white glove delivery if you can. my only negative here is for the US shipping company, Mothership - crazy to deliver a 500lb couch curbside only in a big city.....) > 商家回复 (2026-07-30): Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We’re delighted to hear you’re happy with your custom sofa and that our team was able to help you create exactly what you wanted. We also appreciate your understanding of the international shipping process and your honest feedback regarding the local delivery experience. We’ll continue working with our logistics partners to improve the customer experience wherever possible. Thank you for trusting us and we hope you enjoy your new sofa for many years to come! ❤️ ### ★★★★★ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - KapbyLiz · 2026-06-02 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I am absolutely in love with my new sofa! To be honest, I was quite nervous about ordering such an important piece of furniture online, especially from another country and without ever having sat on it. But wow… I couldn’t be happier with my decision! The color is AMAZING and even more beautiful in person than I expected. The sofa is incredibly comfortable and has completely transformed my living room. The quality is outstanding, and you can really tell that great care has gone into the product. What impressed me just as much was the customer service. The communication throughout the entire process was excellent, the team was incredibly helpful, and shipping went smoothly from start to finish. Every question I had was answered quickly, and they made me feel confident and supported throughout the whole experience. Buying a sofa online can feel like a gamble, but in this case, it was one of the best purchases I’ve made. Zero regrets, 100% happiness! There is nothing like this in the uk and the price is so much cheaper So we could follow its progress they even gave me the tracking numbers to follow it on the ship to the uk! Will highly recommend > 商家回复 (2026-03-17): Hi Rex, Thank you so much for your thoughtful review. We’re really glad to hear that the sofa arrived safely and exactly as expected.
