We truly appreciate your kind words about your previous experience with Dena and our team. We completely understand your disappointment with this most recent experience. Several members of our team worked to locate and honor the lower fare you had seen on our website during your earlier booking attempt. While we were able and willing to honor the promotional onboard credit, unfortunately, we were unable to reproduce the original cruise fare once we reviewed the booking. We share your disappointment, as we made every effort to find a way to retain your business. That said, I am genuinely pleased that you were ultimately able to secure the same cruise at the original fare, even though it was through another company. Thank you again for your continued loyalty over the years and for recognizing the efforts of our team. We sincerely hope you will consider Direct Line Cruises again in the future. All the best, Amos, and we hope you have a wonderful cruise vacation. (2026-08-07): Hi Dr. Prosenjak, We're glad you find our website easy to navigate! (2026-08-07): Hi Joyce, Thanks for sharing your experience! (2026-08-07): Hi Paul, Thanks for posting a review! (2026-08-07): Hello, Glad you find our website easy to use!
