We’re sorry the original dress was sold out, but we’re so happy we were able to quickly provide other options in the same size and color and still get your order delivered on time. We truly appreciate your understanding, your recommendation, and your kind words about our company. Thank you again for choosing Discount Dress Shop! (2026-06-30): Hi Shirley, thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re so happy to hear that ordering was easy, shipping was fast, and that your mom’s Hosanna 5561 dress fit her perfectly. It means so much to us that you trusted us for your first experience, and we’re thrilled the dress looked even more beautiful in person. Thank you for recommending us — we truly appreciate your support! (2026-06-30): Hi Helen, thank you for your review and for your kind words about our customer service, fast shipping, and the dress itself. We’re happy to hear the dress was beautiful in person. We’re very sorry to hear there was an issue with the inside bra cup and the hook thread. We were not previously made aware of a stain, and we want to assure you that all of our dresses are sold brand new. Had you reached out to us when the dress arrived, we would have been happy to look into this right away and assist you. We truly appreciate your feedback and are sorry this affected your experience. Thank you again for your order. (2026-05-20): We’re sorry to hear that you felt this way. That was never our intention, and we apologize if our response came across as anything less than respectful or helpful. We always try to communicate clearly and professionally while also following the policies listed on our website. We understand that shopping for a special occasion dress can be stressful, and we truly do our best to assist customers whenever possible. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve how we communicate with customers moving forward. (2026-05-20): Thank you so much for your kind review! We also want to thank you for your feedback regarding inventory. We do our very best to keep our inventory updated daily (Monday through Friday), as it is synced directly with our designers. However, on rare occasions—especially during busy prom season—items can sell out very quickly before updates are fully reflected online. We completely understand how that can be frustrating and truly appreciate your flexibility in selecting an alternative. We’re so glad everything worked out in the end and that your order arrived right on time. Thank you again for your support—we hope you had an amazing prom! (2026-05-07): We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this situation must feel. As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we offered to replace the dress at no cost to you, which would have resolved the issue without any additional charges. However, we understand that you preferred not to proceed with a replacement. While our standard policy does not allow refunds, we made an exception in your case to offer one. As outlined in our return policy, refunds are subject to a restocking fee, which helps cover processing and handling costs. We truly did our best to provide multiple options to resolve the situation and regret that we were unable to meet your expectations. (2026-04-25): We’re very sorry to hear that you were upset with your purchase—that’s never the experience we want for our customers. However, we do want to clarify that all of our dresses are brand new and shipped directly from the manufacturer in sealed packaging. We do not sell used merchandise. We were not contacted prior to this review regarding any concerns, and we would have appreciated the opportunity to review the issue and assist you. In situations like this, photos are extremely helpful for us to better understand what may have occurred. We always encourage customers to reach out to us right away with any concerns so we can properly evaluate and offer a solution. (2026-04-01): We’re so happy to hear you’re enjoying the outfit sets you ordered from us!
