I've located the order in question and understand that the item received was unexpected. A prepaid return label was provided to return the item to us. A full refund will be issued once the item is returned. I will also research where this book came from and make needed adjustments to the listing. (2024-01-10): We understand the frustrations of placing an online order and it not shipping quickly. I can assure you that our shipping team does everything they can to fulfill orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. I can't say why a portion of your order was canceled because I do not have your order details, but I will address this with our listing team. Again, I am sorry for the hassle or errors I have caused you.
