I opened 3 support tickets because I needed assistance. Three days later, the result is impressive: zero replies, zero solutions, and apparently zero interest in the customer. Congratulations — ignoring three separate support requests simultaneously takes a certain level of dedication. The funniest part is that when you open a support ticket, you normally expect something in return. Maybe an answer. Maybe a solution. Hell, even a simple "We're looking into it" would be a start. Instead: complete silence. Apparently, tickets are there to be collected, not answered. If the goal is to make customers feel completely abandoned after asking for help, then I have to say: mission accomplished. 3 tickets. 3 days. Not a single response. I'm not sure what your definition of *customer support* is, but this feels much more like **customer disappearance**. Absolutely terrible experience and, above all, a complete lack of respect for your customers' time. ### ★★★★★ Fast and easy process - parker ayfen · 2026-09-02 I had a very good experience using this cheat and buying this cheat staff team was very helpful and supportive in the ticket helping me setup ### ★☆☆☆☆ Guys stay away from This cheats they… - Kojo · 2026-08-18 Guys stay away from This cheats they are always getting massive bans. Staff instantly blocked, deleted and kicked me from the discord, i post them on tiktok i have around 100k followers for "cheating" content. Do not buy this cheat if you are a noob with cheats and need help from the moderation team, extremely rude and disrespectful. You can literally tell these cheats come from the scum of the Europe community. ### ★★★★★ Only place to go... 11/10 - Green Ops · 2026-07-10 Always there to help you when you need them, updates take awhile but it give you time to remember what gaming is like playing normally haha.
