I used features like the Radio, and Alarm, as well as Bluetooth and Micro SD card to listen to music. I encountered an issue where my screen was black and the audio was distorted, I was devastated. I reached out to support and I thought I was going to have to get a replacement model. However they provided me with a fix that I could do with my computer, replacing the corrupt files. I tried to return them under the statutory 30 day returns policy in the U.K. and the ignored my request and updated my sales order to NON RETURNABLE. An utter disgrace! DO NOT BUY DIRECT FROM DIVOOM.
