DoctorSIM 的体验非常令人失望。

我在他们的网站上输入了一个英国手机号码，他们的系统将运营商识别为沃达丰。我根据这些信息购买了 13.69 欧元的充值服务。

收到充值PIN码后，发现显然不起作用。然后我确认该号码实际上是**Lebara，而不是沃达丰**。

我向doctorSIM解释得很清楚，包括他们自己的网站识别了错误的运营商。他们没有对错误的运营商识别负责，而是告诉我沃达丰 PIN 码已经发出，因此无法取消或退款。

他们也没有为正确的操作员提供更换密码/充值。

问题不仅仅是我选择了错误的运营商，我依赖于他们自己网站识别的运营商。如果他们的系统错误地将电话号码识别为沃达丰，然后根据该信息出售沃达丰充值服务，我认为不应让客户自掏腰包。

客户支持一直关注沃达丰 PIN 码已经生成的事实，而不是解决根本问题：他们的网站首先识别出错误的网络

我不会再次使用这项服务，并会向其他人提供同样的建议
