I did not sign for it, and I was home at the time the order was supposedly delivered. The tracking was extremely vague. It showed the package as delivered to the town where I live, but did not identify the actual last-mile carrier or provide any proof of delivery to my address. I contacted the seller and requested either a refund or verifiable proof of delivery, including the signature they claimed existed. I received no response. I then opened a dispute through PayPal, but the seller simply stated that the order had been “signed for” without providing any evidence to support that claim. PayPal ultimately closed the case in the seller's favor based on the seller's report that the item had been delivered. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others to be careful when purchasing from this company.
