Update: DOGLORY finally responded but would not take responsibility for the shipping error, saying it was not up to them to ship the correct product size. The high quality 3d printed glass was a cheap dollar store wine glass with a sticker on it. The description and picture were completely inaccurate. When contacted they offered a 20% refund as shipping it back was at my cost. When I sent pictures from their website of the item and what I actually received complete with closeups of damage they offered 25 or I would have to ship back to China. And the shipping takes about twice as long as they tell you. Their options for me werr a 30% refund or send it back for a 100% refund. However, they would not pay for or reimburse the shipping costs, which would equal more than the item. They ended up giving me a 50% refund which I felt was entirely unacceptable given the condition of the item, but it wasn’t worth the back and forth.
